I travelled from Sydney to attend this physio practice. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the private physio consult rooms (so all other patients don’t hear your complaints), and the knowledge and expertise. I saw Laura and finally have a proper diagnosis after 2 months post injury and felt listened to and heard and like I’m on a better path to recovery. She didn’t rush my consult at all and I had time to ask questions. She had the expertise to read and interpret my MRI herself. The manager is very passionate about getting you on the road to recovery, pain free. Highly recommend.

Such a great practice. I've used 4 of their physios across 2 locations. Better sleep, better movement, great education and practical advice. Loved that they knew my history and communicated with my doctors as well.

1/ 5

The business model is very crafty. Charges $100+ to work on you for 5 mins and then leaves you laying there for ages with a heat pack. You literally pay for a HEATPACK which you can do at home, for free. Not worth the money. Plenty more physios out there who will treat you, give you strategies to cope, suggest exercises etc. and spend an hour with you and provide a holistic approach for the same amount they charge. They're also great at the on-sell - apparently you need physio cream, a band, a ball or something else every time you come in. Go elsewhere. Their physio skills are fine, if you can get any work done, but they're unscrupulous and seem to be out for money and repeat attendance, rather than genuinely helping patients recover.
