While waiting for the loading, I had an hour of free time, so I decided to change the tires in my van, especially since the garage was 3 minutes from my stop and it has a good opinion. In my van, my rear tires were already weak, so I went for an exchange. I asked the seller 2x are the tires new? He answered yes. Unfortunately, on the road it turned out to be tinctures. I was cheated because the tires were supposed to be new and not used, renewed !!! I'm from Lancashire and it's too far to go for a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Blatant scammers. Messed my mate about. sort a clutch on his car and it still needed to go back in after... Then 8 miles later it broke again Plus the Oakley family are a dodgy bunch. Worth investigating Update: it was five stars until you made my friend redundant and then still advertised the position. Immoral and I'm pretty sure it's illegal The Oakley's are corrupt. Don't trust these plebs.

Cheap very helpful

As a female getting my car fixed at garages I am always wary. I had my boyfriends dad who is an experienced mechanic (40+ years) check my tracking before going in for a tyre change as I know this is something they try to push without needing it, for extra money. He informed me I do not need tracking done. At Tyres Direct after them changing my front two tyres I was asked by a young man called Sean if I ‘wanted’ my tracking done as well at first, I said no thank you. He then went back to my car and came back saying ‘Am I planning on selling my car?’ To which I said no, he then responded ‘Well we cannot give you any warranty on tyre wear as your tracking needs doing and these new tyres will scrub out quickly’. I insisted I would still pass on the tracking and completed my sale. I find it infuriating that car sales people still try to mug us off just because we are females and ‘know nothing’. Quite frankly it’s a scam selling something that isn’t needed and I’m appalled that he tried to scam me for extra money. Females be wary of going to this garage. *UPDATE to response. I was not offered a ‘free wheel alignment check’ they were already checked before I was asked and I was told I needed it done, and this would have cost me extra money. Complete BS reply. Females be wary*
