Exceptional service. 4pm Friday I arrived without an appointment and asked them to investigate an electrical fault warning. Turns out the alternator had failed - bad news as I was due to set off for 2 weeks staycation on Saturday.. They provided a loan car whilst stripping it down Friday evening and replacing the alternator by 12:30 Saturday. Extremely helpful and highly recommended.

Bit late posting this one.... Special thanks to all the guys at STS Tyre Pros, York and Pirelli. They held an after opening hours event and presentation in conjunction with Pirelli for the R7 Porsche Club GB members recently. They are York's Pirelli performance center. A very informative and interesting evening was had by all. I never knew how much goes into designing and producing these very special tyres. The workshop tour shows they have all the best equipment for getting the job done properly. Special thanks to Robert Gainsborough and the branch Manager Richard who were both very welcoming. The service we received was second to none, I wouldn't hesitate recommending Richard and his team to anyone who wants good quality tyres at good prices coupled with excellent service.

Excellent service, I didn't have to book an appointment but I did check that they had the right tyres for my vehicle first. They do other checks e.g. batteries. Very professional and pleasant staff and waiting/viewing area where one can get a drink. I have used them before and I will continue to do this in the future.

Great service. Got me in without a booking for what I thought was a slow puncture I needed sorted in a hurry. Had everything sorted for me quickly and were completely honest with what needed sorting! Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thanks

Very helpful and good customer service. I dropped in asking for a quote on brakes and discs all round for my car. Within a few minutes I'd been given a quote and even told they could sort it for me later that day. The price was £400 less than the main dealer! It wasn't convenient to leave it but I could take any time the following day they could do the work for me Would definitely recommend Tyre Pro York. Further to my review. True Pro contacted me about my brakes. I only needed the front discs and pads, good news. I will not hesitate to use them again. Or recommend.
