I absolutely LOVE my ampoule facial today and the botanical treatment yesterday! That was fantastic!!! 5 stars for sure! I usually go to different spa quite often but have to say that at this one I had the best experience! Professional, careful, gentle, with love! I would come back for sure and highly recommend to anyone!

Very lovely. Got a good deal on a mini package& enjoyed it. Had a headache which was a bummer , but the treatment helped. Exfoliation, facial & massage- lovely. Would have loved the option to extend the time of one of the treatments for an extra $50. ie massage. Lovely location& friendly staff.

This is no dig at the beauty staff or their skill. Twin waters day spa is dated. Occupying one of the lake house accommodation rooms. This spa is upstairs with the adequate and also dated gym. It's hard to contact and often the phone is not answered. No luxury or ambient experience here.

My second trip to Lagoon Day Spa and it was wonderful. I had a massage last time (which I loved), but this time I had a facial, manicure and pedicure - divine! I honestly can't recommend this spa highly enough, great location, amazing staff and the perfect place to rest, relax and be pampered.
