This was my 4th visit to Ultima, always happy with the stay, good views, helpful staff & convenient location. This visit we did have a problem with the hot water service for a few days, but was eventually fixed. Might have been more of a problem with children present. Also got woken up, one night, by the fire alarm (false alarm), but better that, than no warning in a fire. Will still recommend staying here & hopefully I will be back again.

Arrived at 3:30, entered my 2 bedroom apartment room… both toilets still have stains on them, pubic hair on both toilets….greasy hand Smudges over every dining chair, dirty smudges on all light switch fittings.. carpet stained and dirty.. ring reception “after hours” to be told nothing can be done until the morning and I would have to deal with it. Cheers

Due to the age of the establishment, I was very and pleasantly surprised how well maintained and presented the hotel was. The rooms are luxurious and stylish with plenty of storage room and a most excellent view from my balcony. The shower was just divine with ample pressure. I stayed for a few nights due to a work training event and was so glad they chose this hotel. The staff were eager to please, attentive and friendly. Even though it was covid, the facilities were still available, albeit limited times and conditions but was still good to see. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here whilst on business but also happy to return as a tourist. Combine all the above with an excellent, convenient and central location, the establishment ticks all the boxes.

Usually stay across the border in Coolangatta but with COVID restrictions had to look elsewhere. Was pleasantly surprised by the the Tweed Ultima. It is centrally located and close to everything you need. Tweed mall is only a block away and it’s close to restaurants. The rooms were spacious and need with all the usual appliances. The views are great could see up to surfers paradise in the master bedroom and out over the harbour off the main balcony. Loved the balcony it’s huge ands a great place to relax. Oh and the staff were really friendly. Great place to stay.
