Back in 2020 I had severe plantar fasciitis and thought one of the biggest pleasures in my life comes to end- every day running. No surprise in my age I would say, 53. I couldn't even go over the room over without pain. Doctors even proposed steroid injections or surgery. Before any decision, I decide to visit a physiotherapist and I was extremely lucky to meet Maichel Ghobrial His advices and therapy methods helped me to get rid of any pain from my feet and for one month following his instructions! And then again- end of 2021 and I had to visit him once again having long term lower back pain (bilateral pars defect). His advices and methods of healing helped me to get back to normal with pain almost gone just for a few weeks. Thanks Maichel!
