Turkish Baths Harrogate – leeds

Amazing fun. Great for a long catch up and really good value. Would highly recommend. Staff are lovely. We went the Saturday before Christmas and it was really quiet. Was very nice to languish in the warm and relax.

Very disappointed with management/ customer service... I called to book a nail treatment for my partners birthday, I explained to the girl on reception that she needed a treatment as her nails were not in a great way and not just a nail polish and paint, she recommended a treatment that she said would take about 1 hour, I booked and paid for this. We had to change the date of the booking twice for various reasons. My partner attended this week looking forward to the treatment, I dropped her off and said call me in a hour or so when you are finished, 30 minuets later she called and said it was all done but i did not get the treatment you told me you had booked, I got an "express manicure" My partner spoke to the girl on reception who looked back over the records and said the girl that had booked it had made other mistakes with the bookings that she had taken, and was going to speak to the manager about this. I appreciate mistakes can be made so called and spoke to the manageress, I was told that my partner received the treatment I booked and paid for and to check my confirmation email! No such email was received and the manageress confirmed that this mistakenly was not sent... she explained there was nothing she could do and suggested I take it up with the Harrogate Borough Council complaints department... Very poor customer service and obvious its a council run operation!

Been going for many years,a place just to relax and cleanse the body and mind. Great staff and facilities,steeped in nostalgia. Read a book and chill or just gaze at the beautiful decor and ceilings. Highly recommend. Sadly will be sometime before we can visit again due to the present Corona situation....put in the diary for a future visit.

What an absolutely lovely place! We went as a party of 7 and everyone enjoyed the Turkish Bath Experience. Did book into the spa which was a little bit small and quite chilly after being in the other area. Would definitely go again! Wendy was absolutely brilliant too, so lovely and friendly 😍

Such a lovely experience, everything was perfect. The experience itself is beyond unique and refreshing. You’re given plenty of time to experience the baths. Definitely recommend getting a treatment, Lynda was absolutely fantastic and made our trip extra special. The lunch was also lovely and the overall atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, couldn’t recommend more and will definitely be coming back! Thank you :)

Enjoyed the experience. Quite expensive at £32 per person but it is unique. Clean and tidy and friendly and helpful staff. Not something I would do often but was good for a treat. I feel relaxed and ready to face the Christmas shopping now 😃

Excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and polite. Good booking system so it never gets too crowded. Would definitely visit again.

Had an very relaxing couple of hours here, it's a gorgeous building with all the old features (even the original Thomas Crapper toilet's with the flush lever in the middle of the cistern which you pull towards you like a fruit machine!) I'm sure some people might prefer the more modern facilities you'd get at a new spar complex but that's not what this place is about, here it's all about the history and it's excellent!

Thoroughly enjoyable experience. Well cared for, well instructed and money well spent. Supplies towels and lockers. Beautiful Victorian architecture and decor. Very clean and well worth a couple of hours.
