Terrible company. Bay window had 1 panel made too short, front door frame was 3 different colours. 1 glass unit broken. Trims missing. Countless chips and marks on the frames that had to be replaced. Silicon sealant peeling off. After 3 years of begging, about 90% was eventually remedied and still left with a sticking back door, wobbly sill boards peeling silicon, I was offered £40 in M and S vouchers as compensation. What a joke. Steer clear if you want a good job done.

The service was second to none. The original consultation was thorough and made good recommendations but with no 'hard sell' tactics. The pre-installation arrangements were precise and timely. The installation itself was clean, tidy and efficient. The whole job was good value for money. Thank you; what more can I say!

We at our office had new windows and a new pvc door installed last week (fitted on a Saturday to accomodate our working hours). From beginning to finish the whole process was smooth. I do have to give a mention to Colin as he was fab, answered any queries we had when we asked and was a pleasure to deal with.

An easy company to deal with, from the on set of the initial visit/survey to the estimate explanation and the installation. In all aspects the service and the completion of the installation was highly professional and exceptionally courteous. I cannot thank Colin Jeffers for all his help and also Nigel who measured up and sorted out the order ans installation . would I use Turkingtons again ... Absolutely. As a firm they can be trusted to do what is needed at a reasonable price and install everything on time and wuthin budget.

We had previously bought all our windows from Turkingtons and were delighted with them. When the time came to replace the front door we didn't hesitate to return to them. The salesperson was Andrew Scott. He was so helpful without being pushy. I have a disability and he made sure I was able to manage the door we were choosing. We also ordered replacement obscure glass for the 2 bathrooms beside the front door. Andrew was very knowledgeable and suggested an excellent glass that means all 3 glazed units now complement each other. The fitters were also great. They were very tidy workers and left the house exactly as they found it. There wasn't a mark on the wallpaper. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Turkingtons.

Just had new doors fitted by Turkingtons - first class job. Have previously used this firm and would do so again. All staff were very friendly and helpful and provided an excellent service. Can highly recommend.

We commissioned Turkington Windows and Conservatories to replace several glass units in our conservatory which they had previously installed over 20 years ago. Their customer service was excellent throughout the whole process to final installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Turkington. Indeed we commissioned them to install double glazing windows throughout our house over 15 years ago and our experience then was also very favourable. BK, Moira, 25/7/16
