Tunstall Primary Care GP Practice stoke-on-trent

18/09/2019 today, next available appointment is 03/10/2019. The staff need to do more to educate the stupid people of tunstall that a snotty nose or cough can be treated by a pharmacy and there’s no need to see a GP. There are pull up signs in the waiting area but these are placed there on the understanding that patients can read!!

Been the emergency Dentist here a couple times and the staff have always been really nice and don’t moan at you about how you take care of your teeth etc. Sometimes the receptionist’s or the person on the other end of the phone when u ring have a bit of winge if your not currently in a regular Dentist but that’s about all.

I must be just lucky, no problems getting appointments, its been my Dr's for 20 years and the staff (secretary's and nurse's) have always been polite friendly and helpful, the Drs do give the impression they just want you in and out the door, not as engaging as Dr Bose.

I have been trying to get an appointment since January and it’s been so difficult. I find the receptionist appearing so ubrupt and unwilling to listen. They were even willing to advise on how I can get a new doctor.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Atrocious business. Put us on hold after over an hour of waiting. Wait times are ridiculously long. Put the phone down when they do eventually answer. Will be going down there myself to confront them. You'll have More luck doing whatever you need yourself.

Worst receptionist ever! Called to make an appointment for my child and she couldn’t care less. Hung up on me whilst i was talking so i had to call again. This wasn’t her first time. She did this a few months ago too. Someone inform she isn’t higher than any of us.

I have had good experience the only time I had problems was over covid. But if you speak to anyone alot of people did with thier doctors ...I went in with my hubby with bad headaches within 2 mins of begin in the doctors room we were on our way to hospital as hubby had blood clot ...they saved his life. Also they have been very good with me I have many health problems brought on with cancer that were under lying and they are always willing to go that extra mile

Disrespectful staff… Called to make an appointment, the lady who answered mocked and hung up on me. Btw, this isn’t the first time… she did the same thing a few weeks ago.

If you are happy to wait 45+ minutes for someone to answer for them to say there isn't anything available then this is the place for you! They refused to see my 5 week old baby who showed some worrying signs. I went to Haywood hospital, they agreed that a doctor needs to see him and it was only because they called the doctors (and had a go at them!) that they saw my baby. They refused my husbands face to face appointment because he was 3 minutes late (2 or which he was waiting in the queue inside!)
