TUI Holiday Superstore london

Molly was great, and the greeter he was awesome kept offering us cups of tea and drinks great customer service excited about the holiday I just booked.

What a shop, I have never seen staff work as hard as what they do in Tui Greenford!! The travel money guy Don was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Very handsome young chap indeed! Lucy and Mikila were also a credit to the team. Big smiles and happy service. Lucy helped me find the perfect holiday to Spain on a tight budget to Benidorm with my 5 children and boyfriend. Also Mikila was like a travel dictionary! knew exactly what she was talking about. deffo recommend this store to family and friends!

I have found the level of proffesionlism and general plesentness of service by staff Natalee inconsistenct with past visits to the Greenford store. Informing Zoe, the manager on the day, was ineffective and didn't improve matters. She just didn't take it seriously. Having booked two holidays in the store this year I can say standards have fallen. Won't be going back there. Not recommended. Once they have your money they stop trying and become unfriendly, even downright rude. Given the service received I would happly use online search engines or call Dail-a-flight.

Love the service I recieved and if you ever wonder whether TUI could beat the service if the bigger giants my response is "yes they can". Fan of TUI

Have booked many holidays with this store over the past 10-15 year and have always had great service with polite and helpful staff. Highly recommend them.
