Very helpful. But they said they had included my Visa for Cape Verde. But on arrival at sal airport

Very helpful. But they said they had included my Visa for Cape Verde. But on arrival at sal airport border control said there was no Visa and I was charged 31 euros. Had to wait in another queue which took another hour. Very upsetting when travelling alone.
