TUI Holiday Store london

Had a bad experience here, staff are over the top Ignorant, Crass obese & not professional. Asked if I was OK. I'm very well thanks, I replied. Just went in to book a flight then I was bombarded with questions I felt like I was being interrogated. Then asked about a hotel. I said I don't need one thanks. Also they assumed I wanted to hire a car. I left the shop and went to Flight Centre who were more professional and gave me what I wanted without asking stupid questions.

Don't bother with this shop. This has got to be the worst Tui I have been in so far. The staff are incompetent. Take my advice and go online. If you pay peanuts you get monkeys!

Booked a holiday with TUI Uxbridge today. I must say that the customer service was outstanding. Chloe, our advisor, was exceptional in her communication, helpfullness and in her efforts to find the holiday we wanted. She was couteous, friendly and had a smile for us throughout Chloe was open in her explanation of our booking and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble for her especially ringing up other providers. It was a pleasant time spent in the shop today. I want to to say a kind word regarding Charlie and Amanda who were friendly, informative and showed that they wanted us to find and get the best hotel/holiday for us. We chose a TUI hotel which had fantastic reviews and no doubt from the service we recieved today from TUI staff I expect great things to follow.

Fabulous store, the staff are so so friendly and helpful. I always book my holidays here and never had any issues. Any queries i have raised have been sorted efficiently and quickly. Why would i shop elsewhere? Superb shop, superb staff.

Absolutely fantastic team I have booked my third holiday with them and the customer service is outstanding. They are so professional and friendly especially Amy & Eishia all I had to do was just call them and ask for information on what destination I would like to go to and I will receive an email with the hotels and prices I cannot praise them enough they are absolutely superb and so professional. Thank you :)
