Stay away of this agency. They might sell tou a holiday in a hotel which might turn out to be worst by far than what you can see in TUI's pictures, and after that refuse to accept any responsability. On top of that TUI's agents in the hotel might turn out to be helpless if any issue comes up.

Stay away from this travel agency !. They show you pictures of a BRAND NEW/refurbished HOTEL and after that you end up in aWORN OUT and FILTHY hotel. Look AT the PICTURES, this is what TUI SELLS CUSTOMER, 150 GBPs night !!!!. They do not take reponsability on that, no matter how many pictures or videos you hand in to them, and even worst THEY WASTE your time asking you for evidence to end up arguing that the hotel claims that everything was right.

Received bogus email after booking that told me the dates of my holiday. Lord street office showed no concern over this security is not up to scratch will not be using TUI again

Fabulous hotel clean rooms everyday Pool is spotless at all times hotel staff friendly and helpful at all times beach is clean and tidy only thing bed are hard to sllep on need softer mattresses You can hire a kettle from reception for £15.00 and when you return it back to reception you will get your £15.00 back Will definitely come again

I am thinking of going to Mexico in 2023 as I will be 70 so I have been looking and will be booking asap
