I’ve just returned back from an amazing 3 week stay in the beautiful place called Jamaica. Me and my fiancé wanted to celebrate and wanted a once in a life time trip away, and Jamaica was just that. We stayed in a fantastic resort which offered so many wonderful activities, facilities and in the heart of Jamaica. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were brilliant, they helped us with every need and always wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I’d love to sit and write on forever and on but, I’d love to thank the staff at Tui for helping me and my partner plan our trip.

Avoid booking your holiday here! I thought I'd treat my wife to two weeks in Sri Lanka and went here. They then sold me a holiday I didn't ask for, when I corrected their mistake they asked me where I'd got this information from. It was in their brochure! They then messed that up again and tried to charge me an extra £950.00 and a day less at the resort, I've managed to work my round it but it's basically taken me three weeks to book a holiday. They didn't know anything about Sri Lanka or the requirements of entry, its history or the civil war. The manager has promised me that I will get a call back but I never had one, in fact I'm waiting for them to call me back now because I want to upgrade my room. I've spent over £5000 pounds on this holiday and got the worst customer service experience of my life. My recent work experience is customer service so I know what I'm talking about. You have been warned!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This branch advised me that Tunisia was a Gay Friendly Destination and then when we looked into it and found it 'highly illegal' the company finally agreed to change it. They said they may have to charge admin fees and when we said we weren't happy they said they'd sort it when we came in. We went in and booked a new holiday and were told they'd knocked £75 off for the issue. What they didn't tell us is that they'd charged a £300 admin fee but had merged it in with the cost of the holiday on the receipt so we didn't notice. When we received our tickets we found the difference in price and when we complained they told us that we were told about this and it was all ran through. THEY BASICALLY LIED WHEN THE COMPLAINT WAS INVESTIGATED TO COVER THEMSELVES. We're absolutely appalled at our treatment and I advise you steer clear of not only them but the TUI company.

Disgusting how TUI profit from providing flights to the government to illegally deport people seeking asylum. There are many other ethical choices available so I'm boycotting TUI
