Dont pay them anything until you have had a consultation first. They did not ask for the facts of the case or any details until we transferred money into their account. Once they had the money, they simply told us that given the information the case, we should just take the penalty. HOW IS THIS LEGAL ADVISE? you should of held a consultation and told us the options before we commissioned the work. Terrible service, wouldn't even refund the money.
