There is no Lloyds branch in cheetham hill! I’ve felt the lady behind tsb counter was less than professional, in tone and disparaging manners. It happened both times I've been there, many years apart.

Been into TSB on two occasions. Both times, the staff were really helpful and very friendly. They helped me with exactly what I needed. It is a small branch, but offers the same facilities as any of the bigger branches would. As a new customer, I received the same treatment as what I do at the usual bank I use. The bank follows strict social distancing measures to ensure the safely of its customers. Would I use them again: Yes Would I recommend them to a friend: Yes

I have given Cheetham Hill, Manchester TSB [Branch] a 5 Star rating as its always been part of Cheetham heritage. But unfortunately the branch from 21st April 2021 is CLOSING forever. That decision is ridiculous and not well thought out in terms how much it turns out [number of people] on a small branch and can do more. I don't know if the branch manager has not put a good case forward or the decision was based on irrational individual sat at the top with a posh laptop and 4 PA's. I ultimately believe you should reconsider your decision as 2021 will need first hand support for customers and businesses. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE THE BRANCH AND RECONSIDER. Thank you.
