TSB Bank manchester

Staff very nice and polite especially the Branch Manager. Who was very helpful. Branch also spotless.

Clean tidy and modern.helpful staff.shame I can only give it two Star.The waiting time and que are something that they have yet to address for a modern 21st century bank

First of all: one employee serviced first a customer, who was after me, saying, that it was cash transaction (employee of bank was doing originally customer service, then, from no reason - started to do cashiers job avoiding me). Another employee was completely unprepared from saving products, he was slow and had unwilling attitude of work, it could be seen in a first place. He was giving me evasive, vague answers. Long queues. Truly disadvise.

try to get there early before 10.00 am it will not be busy. service 10/10

Staff is great good customer service

Had a meeting Monday to review my ISA, very pleasant, helpful member of staff, very thorough, meeting was on time as well. The only thing about it was at 00:19 in the early hours Tues morning I received a text from them confirming the transaction. 00:19!! Woken from sleep, thought there was a problem with a family member as you don't expect texts after midnight. Rearrange your computing system so this doesn't happen to anyone else

The longsight is the worst branch/bank I have ever used.. no one knows what they are doing. The staff and call centre totally contradict each other. Every visit equals and hour wait to be seen to sort things out. Totally ridiculous. If there was an option of -1 star that would be their rating.

This has to be the worst branch I have ever been in to (longsight)Queuing is ridiculous and the staff do not appear to know what is going on, often deciding to congregate together to discuss what ever! You then get left for an hour and forgot about when put into side rooms. Will be using another branch from now on

Used to be a good bank but terrible now, Staff too busy trying to sell so usually only one cashier and very long queues. Manager is very rude and agressive . She should be sent on a Customer Service course She lets TSB down Hardly deserves even one star
