The male manager here is so irresponsible and terrible and rude to everyone! My friend's card was fraud, well the manager here refused to solve the problem rudely! Then we went to another TSB, their stuff solve the problem within 20 minutes!

Horrible branch! The two members of staff i some with were Incredibly rude! There's a problem with my Internet banking that meant I can't get statements past 1 month. It was like an interrogation explaining why I needed statements. They didn't take me at my word asked me to show them and even after seeing the problem wanted to charge me for statements.

Rude staff! Not only to me but others too from my previous visits but it didn’t warrant a review. Try put the customer first and don’t use false reasons when you just want to make your life easy and get people to use the ATM to deposit cheques. Some are not comfortable using the ATM full of germs etc when they see you not sanitising the machine after each use. If you’re in customer service, try a bit harder to be helpful otherwise plenty of other banks your customers will take their money to.

Manager and one of the workers were very unhelpful when I was missing £100 to the deposit machine as it malfunctioned (they’ve now closed the till on a Saturday) and I asked for the machine serial number and gave the manager my number and email to sort the problem as my bank had just taken 100 pounds from me , I phoned up the helpline to speak to tsb and they said they speak to the byres road branch directly and after 20 mins of being on hold they hung up the phone. Switching banks v soon. tsb byres road staff were v unhelpful and unresponsive
