Really horrendous service from here. Their mistake left me with an error on my credit file that took me two years to get rectified. They also cocked up setting up my girlfriend's account, and ended up setting her up with a joint account with herself, instead of a solo account! Better TSB branches, with better staff, in other parts of the city.
