So rude and unhelpful !!!!! The worst bank staff ever.. I wanted to invest money and open an account with them for the first time... Their attitude blew me away .... So rude, impolite questioning everything and unwilling to help to your face.. You are offering solutions and all they know is NO and no help whatsoever .. I would strongly urge the management to hire new staff for the Cambridge brach ... Unacceptable.. So disappointing...

Please don’t waste your time! The most unorganised unhelpful bunch of people I have ever come across. They haven’t got a clue what they’re doing. I’ve tried 3 times to open a new account for my daughter. I shall be going to another bank now.

Previously the staff were friendly but the strange batch I encountered this week, were totally incompetent and arrogant to say the least. They were unable to find my account then questioned me if I walked into a wrong bank. Seriously? I have been visiting this branch for years longer than you lot newbies. The experience was so bad I wanted to walk away almost instantly. Now switching away is in consideration.

I've never had problems with staff before apart from one who always seems very Cavalier, doesn't seem to know what he's doing and he's rude but today was last straw, I won't go into details but I actually had to complain to the manager, while I was complaining I could see him smirking and I mentioned this to the manager and obviously his face changed back when manager looked at him. While on the subject of this rude guy why is it that all the staff are dressed well but this person is allowed to wear a Crucifix earring which I find offensive and no jacket he looks very unprofessional and I would say a embarrassment to the company.
