TSB Bank brighton

Very unpleasant encounter with a member of staff after coming in to check if a lost card was handed in. My friend and I were asking another staff member, but were yelled across the floor that my friend had been told that the card had not been handed in. My friend did ask about the card the previous day (and had also been met with hostility) but I suggested we check again as cards are very important and the person who had handed it in assured us that it was this branch they’d gone to (no idea why someone would find another person on Facebook and say they’d handed their lost card into a bank if they’d really just taken it). Overall the member of staff was very patronising and had no compassion for what can be a worrying time for someone.

Customer Rubery by the TSB, they hold nearly £700 from our money for nearly one year they don't return it, they ask for proof of money, we're sent more than they need but still money keep or stolen by S**t TSB, we're going to report to the police station hope this time works. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
