I ordered a ford fiesta on finance from the used car department, with Liam assisting me, I couldn't have asked for better customer service, he went above & beyond to resolve any potential problems, I felt like I was buying from a mate & he was very thorough in ensuring everything went smoothly, especially since I bought a one way train ticket to collect from 120 miles away! The car is in great condition & I love it, would definitely recommend this branch.

Took my Fiesta here for servicing and repair work and they have wasted my time. I've made so many wasted journeys here only to be told "the part hasn't been delivered yet", on one occasion I was told my vehicle was ready to pick up and when I turned up it actually wasn't. Even now my car sits in the garage with no eta for when it'll be ready as apparently they are still (after 4+ weeks!) waiting for delivery of the replacement part. And I constantly have to chase for status updates as otherwise there is radio silence. Can't speak for what buying a car from these guys is like, but for servicing & repairs I can't recommend this place. I accept that some things don't always go according to plan but I'm left feeling that nothing has ever gone according to plan here. And I signed up to a service plan here too! Oh dear.

Took my car in for a service, had a video of it being done, kept up to date and completed on time! All the staff were extremely helpful and super efficient. Big thanks to everyone!

I took my fiesta in for its service and MOT as I still had a service plan with them and never had any issues previously. It failed its MOT due to a failed emissions test. I was quoted £120 just for diagnostics and then over £1000 for a new catalytic converter which was apparently the source of the problem. I was indeed told on the phone by an advisor that I was unable to take my car elsewhere to get a second opinion, despite having a month left on the MOT and the issue not being deemed serious. When I spoke to someone else again, they said I could- So I did. The garage I took my car to immediately doubted the supposed cause of the emissions failure due to the age and mileage of the car and because it’s a Ford. Turns out the failed emissions test was due to a small hole in my exhaust pipe which they fixed for free and not a new catalytic converter for over £1000!! Genuinely couldn’t believe that Ford had tried to rip me off by over £1120. On top of that, when I picked my car up from them they had over charged me by £55 for some service work they did, and I fortunately noticed and questioned this before I paid. Safe to say that I’m cancelling my service plan and will never be going back to this Ford dealership, or any others ever again! I rarely leave reviews or complaints but here we are, and I’ll be writing a formal complaint. Moral of the story- no, you can’t trust Ford!

Had a piece of metal puncture my tyre the day before so called Quick Lane who managed to fit me in quickly the same afternoon. My car also had an outstanding recall which they also carried out whilst there to save me an additional visit which can be difficult when you work full time. They also carried out a vehicle health check and measured my tyres, brakes etc...and found an additional puncture in my other day which they also repaired there and then and even washed and hoovered my car. Great service from the TrustFord team

absolutely atrocious customer service! went Saturday with my son and no one could really be bothered to see us. my son put down deposit online today on van only to be subsequently told it has been sold! they will process his refund, let’s hope it’s better than the service we have received so far my advise would be to avoid at all costs

Don't know why all the bad reviews I've never had any problems with Ford brought a nice ecosport from them my 3rd car from them they have always been very helpful always returned my calls 📞 been to a lot worse car showrooms than Ford..... I'd like to say thanks Ford for always keeping me on the road 🚘 keep up the excellent work you all do down there... regards

Great service from Trust Ford Ashton. Helped me purchase the perfect car and had it ready for me to collect within a week. Part exchanged my previous car and the ease of the transaction was appreciated.

I purchased a new Ford Ranger Wildtrack from Winterstoke Road Ford Dealer. I spoke to Ryan who delt with my enquiry swiftly and sourced the exact colour and model I wanted. He added a couple of extras and got me finance. When I picked up the Ranger Ryan took me through the technical side, paired up my phone and Ford App so that it was ready to go! I am now driving and enjoying my fantastic Ranger! Thank you Ryan and Ford

Terrible customer service every time! I don't think Ford should let them use their good name. The latest in poor service was the other week and I took my car in the MOT and service. I had to phone to chase up how it was getting on. None of the things I'd asked had been completed. They kept it in for an extra day. Again I had to phone to chase. When I collected the car there were a bunch of things they have found e.g. worn tyre, exhaust bracket loose, wing mirror light - they never mentioned when i called, and hence were not fixed. In addition, diagnostics i had asked for when i took in, and reminded each time i phoned, were not done either. They don't care. Avoid.
