Just recently bought a brand new car from this dealership and the work and effort they provide is beyond high standards, an excellent customer service that were always updating me and making the process quick, safe and easy. Went in Saturday to order parts. Told they have them for Wednesday. Rang Wednesday from 9am onwards. Nobody picking up phone in parts. Finally got through 2:15pm. Five minutes of person on other end of phone scrabbling round trying to find out my order. Then told no sorry parts not in yet. So I ask when could I expect them. Told "Dunno" Asked can you give me any indication of when they might be in?. Told "Dunno". Said I would try elsewhere. Rang another Ford dealership in next town, got straight through to friendly and knowledgeable person. Told parts will be there by midday tomorrow! Just proves you don't need to put up with this level of non engagement and poor standard of service.

Wasted a whole morning sorting out photos of my car to traded in, finding out about car i wished to purchase and only to be told in the final steps of finalising that they published the wrong price on auto trader. Could have lead with that to stop wasting customer's time. Apparently this is the fault of another team. - by ''trustford uk''

Recently bought a car from Trust Ford Bradford & can honestly say it was a super easy process. No pushy sales tactics just honest advice. Went out for a long test drive by ourselves to really get to know the car. They didn't have the colour car I wanted so got me one from 200 miles away transported up within 5 days. Car super clean on collection and all ready to go. Really impressed, highly recommend.

I bought a car for my wife from this dealership. It all went very well; no nonsense and time wasting. We received exceptional service from Katy but everyone else in the used cars sales office seemed very friendly too. Highly recommend!
