Will never go back. I had a similar experience to another reviewer here. I booked via a gift voucher and when booking asked to switch one of the services. All seemed fine on the phone but when I got there they had cut my session from 3 hours down to 2hours + 20 mins. When I said that wasn’t what was agreed I was very aggressively spoken to. I could also hear the woman behind the counter talking loudly about me and accusing me of lying. This resulted in me crying before my treatment even began. Not a very good start. Treatment was ok but definitely not a 5 star experience. I was offered no tea or water. No robes. The room is in a noisy salon so you can hear hairdryers and loud discussion, and the massage was just ok. It says on the website that there is also access to pool and steam room etc but that was never offered to me. I won’t go back. Save your money for a professional salon who don’t treat their customers like thieves. Shame on you.

I love this place

Recently went in for a facial and prenatal massage. Having worked in the beauty industry for 15 years I'd rate the massage at a 3/10. The therapist was lovely but the training in bodywork techniques just wasn't there. The facial was fine but nothing to write home about. The one star is mainly due to what happened when I went by the front desk to pay afterwards. I had booked the appointment over email and mentioned in some detail that I was using a gift voucher as the gift voucher had originally been purchased for a specific treatment package and I wanted to know if I could use the amount on other services. When I pulled out the gift voucher to hand over I was told quite rudely that I hadn't mentioned that I had a gift voucher on booking - not true. When I replied that I had the response was a very curt: "no, you didn't". Besides the fact I have proof that I did mention it, this exchange felt unprofessional and unnecessarily abrasive. Will never go back.

It was an absolute wonderful experience, can't thank the lovely staff enough. I will look forward to my next visit.
