They were negligent twice.
I got tested and when I called to request my results they told me they were all normal, nothing to worry about. I booked an appointment anyway (which always takes 1 week unless it's an emergency) and the doctor said she wasn't sure since one of the results hadn't been received. Thus I got tested again. When I called to get my results the operator told me that I had given positive, only to immediately tell me that I was fine now, that I was cured. I was confused so I called again and this time the operator told me that the results were normal and again, nothing to worry about. I was confused by the mixed messages so I book an appointment. The doctor seems confused by my record. We find out that the first test was actually positive and she calls to retrieve the results from the second test. Again, positive. She apologises and says this had happened before and that she will raise the issue in some meeting. She then proceded to explain that the operators don't know what they're doing half the time, that this was bad practice and it shouldn't have happened.
I hope they read this and change the software or do whatever they need to do so that operators don't get confused and tell future patients they're fine when they're not.
TL;DR the GPs are all good, but in two occasions the operators told me I was fine when I actually wasn't
