Looks like a great gym, but 10 pound entry is incredibly steep for 1 time entry. Just wanted to use the free weights section where some other gyms would offer 3-5 pounds for entry. Edit: No offence was meant with this review, it's useful information for people who train outside of their normal gym. Not everyone needs or wants to be a member if they are training away from their home area. Not everyone who trains needs access to the entire services for the entire day. They want to get in, train and get out. This is perhaps something you could reflect on in your pricing structure, or perhaps it is not. It was meant as constructive criticism. Apologies if it came across in any other way. Nevertheless, the sardonic teenage response is a bit sad and unprofessional.

Peaceful experience, not too busy I went about 6.30pm. Got on with what i was doing though it would be nice to have a staff member on the floor to query anything, other than the reception girl, I saw no other staff during my hour there!

First time going was the other day and I'm a bit nervous of gyms, this gym is lovely. Really good machines and theirs lots of them of all types. It's clean and modern. Staff were friendly. The swimming pool is so nice and js the steam room. The female changing rooms are large and really good facilities - nice showers and hairdryers and plenty of room. You may want to take something to connect your locker key to as the rubber band broke off when I was swimming so I just used a bobble to clip it to. I guess they gets used so often so become a bit worn. Anyway, I totally loved it.

It states that children can't go in the pool after 5pm, however, this is misleading because they allow lessons between 4pm and 7pm during the week. When me and my husband attended at these times, it was totally kayotic. 5 children shouting and screaming in one lane with their parent's. Then around 15 adults in the other side trying to swim. A very poor experience. It's impossible for us to use the pool at other times due to working during the day. We only joined so that we could use the pool peacefully after 5 during the week. When it was DW it was much better. It is a waste of money now. The staff are wonderful though.
