Karen Peacock did a fantastic job! My Leasehold sale was delayed due to a buyer falling through, and then the 2nd buyer causing delays and not responding. Karen diligently progressed and followed up everything smoothly, even replying to emails on Saturdays! First class service and priced competitively too. Recommend without hesitation!

Karen was recommended to me by my mortgage advisor. From first contact, I was very impressed. Truemans helped me through the purchase of my new house. They made every step easy, even though I was out of the country a lot running up to completion. Highly recommended.

Karen Peacock at Truemans just helped us as first time buyers to purchase a property. Karen was friendly, patient, prompt and professional. She kept us informed all the way and answered our numerous questions. We are very happy with her services and wouldn't hesitate to work with her again. Had some very bad experiences with solicitors in the past, so Karen was a real breath of fresh air.

Gave me the run around, Karen claimed had no file/records of my deal even though they did. Lazy to get back to me and made excuses. Rimini claimed she left me a voicemail for update (not an e-mail a voicemail) which was a complete lie. No apologies for mistakes and incompetence. Circle of blame and no one wanted to take responsibility. Finally got to solution after me chasing them for weeks, issue could have been sorted in one day. Avoid using this company.

On behalf of me and my partner Curtis - Truemans solicitors were professional and efficient throughout. They did seem to charge slightly more compared to others but we thought this was worth the money due to them being excellent and fast at responding and also being on top of conveyancing matters. We have used them for 2 house purchases and 1 sale, Karen peacock was our solicitor and was excellent. We have now moved into our new home and couldn’t be happier.

Truemans handled the conveyancing of my mother's house sale which dragged on over six months (not Trueman's fault). They were very responsive to my questions and always friendly and polite. I would like to thank Karen and Charlotte for all their work on this. I would use this firm again without hesitation. The charge was very reasonable too.
