Gave me the run around, Karen claimed had no file/records of my deal even though they did. Lazy to get back to me and made excuses. Rimini claimed she left me a voicemail for update (not an e-mail a voicemail) which was a complete lie. No apologies for mistakes and incompetence. Circle of blame and no one wanted to take responsibility.Finally got to solution after me chasing them for weeks, issue could have been sorted in one day. Avoid using this company.

On behalf of me and my partner Curtis - Truemans solicitors were professional and efficient throughout. They did seem to charge slightly more compared to others but we thought this was worth the money due to them being excellent and fast at responding and also being on top of conveyancing matters.
