I recently moved and all the lifting, packing, hauling, and stress had my back screaming and made me worry that I'd have to have a second back operation. I looked online for a place to try and, though this clinic looked professional, I had my suspicions it was just a little too slick, and the different therapies also made me wonder if I'd have to choose. But I was in too much pain not to try, so I booked.
From the beginning, Roberto Vita proved to be unlike anyone I've ever seen, and I thought I'd seen them all.
He not only relieved my pain but got to the source of it--and when I say 'it', I mean that broadly. I have been so afraid of falling and twisting awkwardly that over the years, I've turned into a walking board, my muscles have been so tight, everywhere.
His treatment, from the very first appointment, made me feel 'loosened' is all I can describe it as--so much so that it felt as if he'd undone cords that had bound me for years, even in my neck and down my shoulderblades.
And that's all nothing compared to what he did next. Because he'd done what no one else had ever come close to, I mentioned my bilateral trigeminal neuralgia--severe pain on both sides of my face, from my cheekbones down to my jawline--pain attacks that feel as if my bones are being crushed and my gums are being torn from my teeth.
I only mentioned it, not expecting anything. No one else had ever managed anything, though one osteopath tried hard, only making things worse.
I hardly had to describe it at all to Roberto Vita, for he said he already knew it because he could see my clenched muscles (Whoah! No one else had ever mentioned that.). I didn't mention the clenching, which has been so severe that it cracked all my molars years ago, necessitating them all to be capped and me to wear a mouth guard.
Roberto said he'd solved someone else's trigeminal problem, which surprised me that anyone could, but, yes, we're getting to the end of this looong story.
Not only did he manage, in just part of that one session in which he made my back and neck feel like I couldn't remember it feeling, he freed my face and neck. So much so, I now realise that it was all so tight that I realise my clenching was the only position that was 'comfortable' before.
From that first session, I not only can move my mouth and jaw and face more than I can ever remember, but I don't find myself clenching, and haven't had a face attack at all.
To sum up, my whole body feels so different and actually good though lots of this good is in places like my face that I'd given up on it ever coming good, lots of people would say, "It's a miracle!", but that's rubbish. It's the skill and judgement of Roberto Vita.
And regardless of what it says on the site, you don't have to worry about saying, "I need this or that therapy." He assesses and communicates, and what he actually does is a combination quite his own. His technique is sui generis.
He's also highly professional and communicates well.
I never expected to find anyone who could solve long-standing intractable problems.
But he's done what others would call 'wonders'. Again, I think he'd just think of them as problems it's his calling, to solve.
