About a month ago I decided to go to this gym, unfortunately the website was not mentioning any monthly subscription (never seen that before) so I said I will try the daily pass and see if I like it. The daily pass was £5 but when I asked they actually said that it's not really a daily pass, once you leave you need to pay again to come back. I went anyway and it was okay for the days I went. Today I went again and to my surprise the daily pass is now £10 claiming that it's peak hours (Same hours I was going until now) and it's Not even a day pass, is this a joke? Even though gyms in London don't price £10 for that. And what is the reason that you don't even offer monthly plan?

All bookings are non amendable! Which is quite a joke nowadays, when things change so quickly and you want to do the right thing because you have received a notification via Covid app. Customers are being penalised for wanting to do the right and responsible thing!
