I have been shopping and visiting this lovely situated Bristol music shop for years. The location is tucked away in the old part of the city, but its so ideal for the type of shop it is. The staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Various musical instruments new and used. Well worth a visit

Bought a flugel from Trevor online. They answered all my questions and packed the flugel properly for shipping. The flugel arrived in the condition as described on the website. Can be trusted and highly recommended. Hope to visit the actual shop someday.

This is a great shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I damaged the slide on my trombone, I took it in for repairs. They were able to quickly straighten out the slide and get me back to playing.
