The store is tidy and well presented Alex is a helpful and knowledgeable young man. Some would crown him the CEO of footwear. He will be sure to help with sizing, ordering and reservations. He has helped me on numerous occasions with all sorts. Mainly footwear (hence the nickname).

4/ 5

Trespass sells everything you could need for reasonably priced outdoor goods. My only slight wrinkles (why I've deducted a star) are (1) service quality is very dependent on which member of staff you get (2) if something isn't in stock in store, you may be able to get it online but it won't necessarily be the same price as stores have free rein to set their own discounts and offers. Stock can be a bit tricky and online click and collect takes a while, but good, reliable and fairly cheap outdoor goods which are ideal for kids. I would like to see more about environmental and ethical credentials, though. Recommended particularly for emergency outdoor purchases as very good selection of water bottles, handy packaway rainproof jackets, foil and fleece blankets and gloves/hats/accessories!
