My husband and I ordered a Doona pushchair in Nitro Black. Product arrived exactly on time (Next working day delivery). Item was packaged nicely and all accessories were included. Great deal, Great price and Great service. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a stroller at considerable discount in Black Friday sale. Item was not dispatched next day as advertised, but it did arrive shortly after. No problem with the item but as we'd ordered it sight-unseen, we decided it was not the one for us. Requested a returns number as explained on website, and now over two weeks later have still not had any response to my numerous emails or daily phone calls (the phone just rings out), meaning I'm unable to return item. Company terms & conditions also ignore Consumer Contract Regulation by saying they will not refund you original postage (and will deduct from refund if there was free delivery). This is impressively bad customer service! We've had to sell the item privately because the company is completely non-responsive. Will not be dealing with them again.

Fantastic service, ordered a Tutti Bambini Crib on Thursday this week and it was delivered on Friday morning at 10.30am, very, very happy with both the product and outstanding service!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! YOULL BE ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY!! Paid £170 for a buggy on the 26th of december? Stated they wernt shipping no items till the new year I wernt too fussed about that.. phoned them on Wednesday the 8th to see when it would be shipped to then be told he had to speak to his manager about it and I would get a call back, its now the 11th still no buggy, still no call back! No replays to my emails and no1 answers my calls! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I now have to open a fraud case with my bank as it's very unlikely I'll receive a call back let alone a refund!!!

Wife and I popped in here for a morning the other day. When we turned up, we were a little unsure as it looked closed, and was essentially a warehouse. But when we got in we were greeted by Duncan and Alex. Being 15 weeks pregnant we just wanted to learn what sort of pram would be good for our lifestyle , and ended up learning so much from Alex. Top bloke, good products, highly knowledgeable and good prices. Highly recommend

I found this website when looking for my Cosatto travel system, this had the best price and was able to get it delivered quickly. Fantastic service constant updates from the team regarding delivery and quick to sort a query I had. Would definitely recommend to all those looking for great value for money baby products.

Ordered my 3 in 1 pram on Thursday evening and arrived on Saturday morning. Emailed me to inform me when delivery very was due. Trendy Baby was the best price for this pram set and very happy with the service I have received and free delivery. I can not fault them.

I was slightly concerned by some of the negative reviews but felt it was probably like every other website where some people just have to complain. We'd been having trouble getting our pram delivered from another retailer when we found Trendy Baby with the same pram and car seat we wanted available for next day delivery. Ordered Wednesday evening, order marked as dispatched 8:15 am Thursday, everything received Friday. Absolutely fantastic, could not be happier, thank you so much!

Edited: I ordered some pram adaptors from their website, and had a number of issues with payment/customer service contact. Happily these have now been resolved and I had contact from the company manager to address them. I had originally given this a lower star review, but I did appreciate the individual service given and am much more comfortable using Trendy Baby again in the future.
