Treblerock bristol

Been shopping at Treblerock for a few years now and have bought half a dozen instruments, from cheap and new to expensive antiques, from them without the slightest issue. Have also bought amps, sold guitars, had repairs, setups and servicing and not one complaint from me.

Hmm, the prices on the website aren't reflected in-store at all - they claimed they were different. Just plain odd.

I got a vintage Stratocaster serviced at Treblerock. The whole team were passionate about guitars and took so much care over its service. The set up of the guitar is excellent and has made so much difference to how it plays. The charge was very good value. I felt I got a highly skilled, professional and bespoke service from people who really care about what they do. I highly recommend using them and seeing the results in that first jam session.

WARNING: not upfront about charges. Flat out rude. Struggle to remember such a poor example of customer service.

Excellent shop. The guitar tech really knows his stuff and has set up 2 guitars for me now, and they both play brilliantly. Definitely going to keep coming back here, worth every penny.

Conveniently located and helpful. Enough kit in stock for me to come away with a different new toy slightly too often.

Excellent shop - Steve was very helpful and I came away very happy with my purchase. I also left my expensive sunglasses in the shop on accident which he happily posted back to London for me the next day free of charge. Lovely shop - lovely guy and I will be going back next time I am in Bristol.

Stuart has recently done a set up on two of my guitars which has breathed some fresh life into them. Great customer service from Stuart and Steve, and a fair price too. Happy customer.
