I only had contact via their online shop, but that was a very unpleasant experience. They sell flawed products at expensive rates and offer a very poor and unfriendly customer service. I strongly advise to go and look elsewhere.

The owners are lovely. My experience of having a makeover done was so good and I could not believe the results. I will definitely being staying here in the future as such a great location in Brighton so can walk to key locations and venues. They also have a shop on site and online and sell best range of heels, wigs, dresses and more in all sizes. Cannot thank them enough.

I have ordered lots of things from Translife recently and received a good level of service. Whilst not everything was in stock Sophie tried to keep me updated as best as possible. For a small company they do go the extra mile.

Have purchased items from the company and have always been delighted with the service and value for money. I recently went and had a makeover and was delighted with the results way better than I ever expected. Sophie made my day.

Its taken a 10,000 mile flight and a wait of 2 months before receiving my order (covid issues) but the wait was worth it. The Bunny Moon Doll Dress is just gorgeous on me - I really do look like a doll!

Simply stunning I had so much positive advice about everything from makeup to shoes, wigs and breast forms. Sophie knows her stuff thats for sure. I also tried the makeup service for a makeover and go fantastic value and was amazed by the finished result. I can not recommend this company enough!

I used their site to purchase breast forms and a human hair wig. The advice I received was VERY informative and I was advised of a delay in shipment due to the current economical climate. The parcel arrived safe and sound and I'm delighted with everything. I will be using there services again for sure.
