Would highly recommend going elsewhere for any type of surgery. Had rhinoplasty at 20 years old with this company and consultant was not friendly nor understanding and made the quickest conversation possible. Additionally when I went in for surgery, my surgeon was "unavailable" and I was given a different surgeon whom I had never met with prior to performing cosmetic surgery on my face. I asked to meet with him before my surgery and was told it was not possible as he was in back to back operations. After complaining some more he came out of surgery to meet with me with an incredibly disgruntled attitude. was told surgery would cost a set price but after saying it might be out of budget my "set price" quickly dropped. Would advise anyone of any age to shop around and avoid them even if they seem cheaper.

In my experience the Reception and Administration staff were lovely, the Consultant rude. After a brief conversation I asked the Consultant ‘What does the consultation entail?’ To be told ‘nothing’, this was in between him answering emails and his phone going off! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional service. They rushed me into paying the full deposit so they could book me into what I was led to believe was the first available appointment. 3 days before my procedure was due to take place they cancelled it on the excuse that they didn't have the correct 'equipment'. I took time of university and my work to fit around my procedure for them to cancel in such short notice. They barely offered any options other than to wait up to 9 weeks for another appointment. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I was led into this service through the free consultation as I just wanted more information. However, going with another company and paying for the consultation worked out far cheaper for me.

Had my breast augmentation done my surgeon was Dr Ottiviani my experience from start to finish was amazing ,I am now 4years down the line and am as happy today as i was the day i had my surgery thankyou Transform !!!!
