We were blown away with the size, cleanliness and comfort of our room with the great modern touches. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very clean with plenty towels and and supplies. The restaurant was also very clean and the food was not only delicious, it was well presented and served to us by such friendly waiters. The staff in the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come back again.

We were take yo our room , as soon as we opened the door , the smell of damp was very strong . We went in opened the windows to try and air the room . I walked into the bathroom and nearly went flying as the floor was wet , my friend pointed out that the carpet was soaking wet . She went to reception with our other friend and the receptionist came to check and agreed and moved us to a new room . The 2nd room !!! The sink had a big crack in it and the lock on the main door / door frame were all loose . We just made do with the room as we needed to get ready to go to volunteer at a charity event . Breakfast also leaves a lot to be desired. Cant fault the staff that we had contact with , all polite and friendly

SHOCKING!!! Dirty room, dust everywhere. Dirty towels. Broken doors. Rodents running around the roof at night. Thin walls. Rooms pictures are misleading. Nothing like the pictures. Used Booking.com and both hotel and booking.com not wanting to sort it out. We were offered half price deal if we stayed there again! Absolutely appalling customer service. Staff during stay were helpful and tried to fix problems as much as they could. Genuinely appalled with the stay. RUINED OUR ANNIVERSARY

I had a great stay at this hotel. Located on a main road with excellent transport links. The most impressive thing about the experience is the staff. They are extremely helpful friendly and accommodating. The room size is large and spacious, cleaned to a high standard. The TV is wall mounted with good channel choice including Netflix. Conveniently located near to the retail park and Manchester United Stadium. The nightly rates are what you'd expect. Car parking is available. The entrance is quite grand, rooms are easy to access. Very large beds in the room, nice bathroom decor. Overall great hotel conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Definitely worth a visit.

Looks nice from outside, but would not stay here again. I was on my own and was put in a room in an other building it was just three rooms in what I could only describe as a converted storage unit with only an outside door (not a very secure one) about 10 feet away from the room door, I did not feel comfortable being out there on my own. The room looks nice until you looked closely, it was dirty, dusty and gerenraly unkempt. No mattress protector and it was clear that the shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest as there shower gel was still lying open on top of the shower. There was nobody at reception in the morning to make a complaint to.
