The worst doctors i have ever had the misfortune of having to use! Since Ramillies Surgery closed and moved here what was once a well run efficient Doctors has morphed into this shambles, impossible to get an appointment & surly rude receptionists without empathy. Come and have a look outside at 07:30 any morning of the week, its like something out of Soviet Russia, the sick and the lame forced to queu in an attempt to see a doctor, why the receptionists can't organise appointments like any other surgery is beyond me? Have left with my family now to a proper doctors that treat us like humans not numbers.

In 18 months at this surgery, never have I been able to make an appointment...maybe a couple of times for 4 weeks ahead! In fact, it is increasingly the case that appointments can't be made and instead, to phone at 8am the following morning. I wish you good luck in phoning. 30-40 minutes if you are lucky and sometimes, you are just cut off. Flogged off to visit the Treatment Centre at St. Mary's instead. Hardly ever compassion shown by receptionists neither. No discretion, merely a statistic at best and a nuisance at worst. Leaving this surgery and all in all, this must be the worst and most disorganised and shambolically run practice that I have ever had the misfortune to be part of. Run for the hills and avoid this woeful surgery....

Yes it's difficult to get through in the phone. But once you have an appointment I have found the doctors very thorough and caring. I went in because I'd been fobbed off by the hospital who refused to do a single test, fobbed if by my old gp because I had moved house a twenty min drive away - was told sign up could take 48hrs but it was done within the hour at about 5pm. Went to see them the next morning to get an appt - was there at 8am - called by 9 and having a blood test by 10.30. Unfortunately where the hospital had fobbed me off and delayed testing, my results came back at 5pm on a Friday. They called me in despite being so close to close, because they looked terrible. And I was back at the hospital that had fobbed me off. Had they been anything less than incredibly efficient - I would have been delayed treatment by 3 more days. If not more. My liver enzymes were at a critical levels (19 times the usual maximum i should have and 70x the minimum.) They have been nothing but professional, caring amd wonderful at keeping me in the loop as we did multiple blood tests as my enzymes returned to normal. They have an online service too. Which was very useful.

Can't get through the phone lines, go down early, wait in the cue and get told you'll get a phone call at some point in the day/next day from a GP. Whilst there you hear no phones going off so you can only imagine no one is getting through because their phones are on silent. I tried several times to get through, went down twice, and eventually went to St. Mary's walk in when I was told the doctor would contact me in 2 days. I work, have family obligations and can't always get to my phone. If anyone wants to know why hospitals are over crowded it's because the refusal to give appointments. I think this is all an attempt to make people go private. I don't see any reason we can't return back to the pre COVID system that worked fine for most people.

They do not answer the telephone Been trying to get through. I would like to know what time they do answer the phone. Are you actually open at all. I am surprised that you have any patience because I am running out of them myself.
