Unfortunately it was TERRIBLE . The lady was late to start off, but only 5 minutes. Then as she massaged, her phone was going off every 5 minutes. Each time she answered the calls or text massages with one hand, whilst continuing the massage with one hand. On other occasions there would be pauses between the massage whilst she was her phone. The phone was never switched to silent which drowned out the tranquil music that was played in the massage room. Her phone was placed down on the massage bed right next to my head. When call after call came in this was very unpleasant and caused quite a fright each time it went off right next to my ear. Not an experience I would ever want to experience again, even if it was given for free! I have had 30/40+ Thai massages over the past 10 years and generally enjoy them a lot. This was by far my worst experience. NEVER EVER AGAIN. So Disappointing! I should have argued the £35 price at the end however I was more than happy to get out of there quickly.
