As Carlos Tirado says, however, it's not just the Trade Point that is the problem. B&Q must be the worst ran business in Scotland. How they are still in business is an enigma. The staff haven't a clue, are unhelpful and after several examples of being given totally wrong advice, the only time that I ever use the place is if it's absolutely necessary.
