It was my first time at trade secret. I was booked in for colour and cut at 2pm. I arrived at 1.55pm

It was my first time at trade secret. I was booked in for colour and cut at 2pm. I arrived at 1.55pm and was told they were running late by 10 minutes which I thought was ok. After waiting for 45 minutes, I decided to leave. I left the shop and will never return. Awful customer service!!
