Staff are very rude, there's one good doctor but it's nearly impossible to get an appointment, the rest of the doctors are very rude. Waiting times are outrageous, they've messed up my medication and repeats numerous times, will be filing a complaint.

I changed to Townhill Practice,( After a Heart scare, at my old G.P.s) Since being here, I actually get to see a Proper official Doctor, ( instead of Nurse Practitioners, at the old Surgery) I have a good laugh, and talk to ALL the friendly Doctors, Nurses,Receptionists. I wish I had changed to them years ago. They are Brilliant.

After requesting an appointment I was seen quickly, my Doctor identified the condition, called the surgeons at USH and gave me a letter of referral. That evening I had the emergency operation and was back home the next day, all in 48 hours. I cannot thank my GP and the NHS enough!

This surgery is amazing, the whole Team Drs, nurses front and back of house. My husband was taken ill and in less than 4 weeks he had had 3 hospital appointments and a disgnosis. Unfortunately the diagnosis is not what we wanted but i can not fault how the smooth and quick the process was, especially during covid-19 and the booster programme. Im not going to give names of people we have dealt with directly as i feel they are a team and an excellent one. I have had lots of dealings with the practice regarding mental health issues and can not fault they way it has been dealt with over the past few years. Keep up the amazing work.

My family and I recently moved to the area and needed to register with a GP. Called the practice, spoke to Connor and was asked to either fill a form and submit online or come in and do it, I submitted the form and called back to let them know and ask how soon the registration could be done, was told 2weeks, I then proceed to explain that my son would be needing his 12weeks vaccine before the 2weeks, they promised to try and expedite his registration and get in touch with his vaccination day. I got a text for his immunization in 3days. I am sooooo impressed and Connor was super polite and helpful both time I spoke to him , even enquired if I had had my 6 weeks post natal check. Thank you guys so much, this is one grateful and happy patient.
