Town Garage cardiff

Took my daughters car to have a tyre fitted. Excellent price cheapest quote overall. First class service all staff very friendly and helpful. Also asked advice on condition of brake discs and was given excellent advice that they did not need replacing which was refreshing to find a garage that gives honest appraisement and does not look to take money for unnecessary work.

I am very pleased. My old Mercedes was showing ABS and other breaks warning lights; the problem was solved and I can still drive the car. And the price was reasonable. Good people!

Would give more stars but receptionist lets the garage down which is a shame because the rest are fantastic, rude and sarcastic.. Not a good representative for the business

Shocking receptionist who was not cooperative at all. Very rude on the phone when trying to arrange to book my car in for repair. Got a quote elsewhere which only highlighted how much of a rip off this garage is!

The attitude on the recepsonist is disgusting. No issues with the work that was done but if she is the first person that customers are speaking to, she must be losing the garage alot of business. No way to be speaking to paying customers. Maybe a course in customer service would help !!!

The best customer service I've ever had from a garage, they always do a great job on my car and are helpful and friendly
