Staff are always helpful and have some of the best prices for timber in Plymouth. Delivery times are good and if there are any issues then they will re deliver ASAP, in my case within the hour this week. Awesome service.

Been using totem timber for all my materials for the last 12 months of doing up our new house, all deliveries have been on time and drivers very friendly and helpful. I found the prices some of the best around as well. I was offered discount on one occasion to reward my loyalty. Wouldnt go anywhere else now unless I had too. Top notch guys

Helpful and got all I needed ideal. and at reasonable prices. Doing a 5% deal online should have bought the small bits 1st then ordered on line however hindsights a gift I didn't have today lol.

My mum is currently shielding due to COVID and wanted to make a purchase without entering the store. She has online access so had to do so on site. The staff were kind enough to bring the item outside and make the transaction at safe distance in the open air. She would like the staff to know that she appreciated their kindness in the way they enabled her to make her purchase safely and restore an amount of her independence. This is greatly valued. Quick delivery and Totem phoned ahead 4 days before delivery to notify an order discrepancy and gave me options. The item in question was loam soil. The system showed 5 which l ordered however only 3 were available. I was given the option of a refund or compost (same price per bag as the soil). On delivery the 3 bags of loam soil had splits. There was no obvious loss though some was stuck to the outside of one bag. I should have been informed of that damage before delivery.
