My sons braces broke over the bank holiday - pain, blood and difficulty eating. Called first thing on the Tuesday morning and made an emergency appointment for 11am. Was then called back about 9.30 to be told they had double booked the appointment and so they had cancelled my son. As it was now 9.30 after a bank holiday all the emergency appointments at other clinics had been taken. No help, no offer to fit him in, no action to try and resolve this. The just told us to call other clinics. I am frankly appalled by the lack of patient care

I experienced really great treatment here from start to finish. Really impressed with the results and it took 2 months quicker than was originally planned. It was always a real concern as to how my teeth looked before but that is no longer the case! Thanks to you all - one very happy patient!

Excellent service - Jennifer the orthodontist is outstanding, my 14 year old son had train track braces, he only had to wear them for 11 months rather than the 18 months we expected which he was pleased with. He now has perfectly straight teeth with no gaps! Jennifer has a lovely manner, true professional and she runs her appointments on time - we never had to wait which is important if you are taking children out of school for appointments - highly recommend.

Appaled by the way the dentists treat you. For people who have been coming here for a while, I haven't been more disrespected in my life. The receptionist are fine, the place looks fine, but the dentist have no care into my teeth or my treatment at this establishment. Would rather go somewhere else to get a better treatment that I will be satisfied with.

I have suffered with crooked teeth and poor dental health all my life until i came to to Total Orthodontics. They explained the options and treatment process covering the long term benefits and more importantly what would be involved to achieve it. I was to say the least nervous and apprehensive about getting a brace at my age (50). They were incredibly patient and understanding even after several visits! (free of charge) before I finally decided to proceed. They worked closely with my periodontist and dentist coordinating a treatment plan that accommodated my professional work schedule and personal enagagments. The staff are always polite, professional, quick to get back to you and do their best to make you feel confortable when you arrive. A big thank you to Lorraine for her impeccable manner and promptness in following up on last minute changes. Thank you also to Richard for his professional guidance, patience and fantastic treatment.

We saw Dr Richard Jones for our eldest son’s orthodontic treatment. His 2 front teeth were protruding and his canines were raised and behind his 2 front central teeth. Richard was amazing at explaining the treatment as our son needed both top and bottom fixed ortho. He wore the braces for 2 years with regular check ups and adjustments in a friendly, warm and professional environment. Can’t thank you enough as his teeth are now beautiful. I had a wonderful experience throughout my treatment with Total Orthodontics. Even through lockdown Richard and the team were exceptional! I absolutely love my new smile and would highly recommend using them.

For the the past couple of years i was under the care of an amazing orthodontist named Dr Amreen Ahmad and her assisting dentist Ellie Haman , Both were the coolest , lovely and very professional . If i had any concerns with my braces they would quickly fix any issue i had and answer any question i thrown at them ! I would absolutely recommend you to go to Total Orthodontists if you ever get the chance to :D

Mike from total orthodontics called me the first thing on Monday morning, explained the technical problem of the phone on Friday, and helped me to book an urgent appointment. Great customer service, hence changing the review to 5 star. ------------------------------------------------------------ I called in a Friday afternoon (around 4) and held the phone for around 40 mins - no one picked it up! This is the third time i called on the same day, and I couldn't get through to them in any occasions. Don't waste you time on this rubbish orthodontist!
