Got all our windows and doors changed as we were losing a lot of heat in winter times. They have made a huge difference. Really high quality windows and doors. Nice clean tidy finish inside and out. Great price also.

Very disappointed. The actual building work was fine, and that is why they are even getting one star. Communication from start to finish was very poor, whether it was on the phone or email, and We ended up arranging ourselves for the building control certificate. Bottom line, would I recommend this company? NO. plenty of other building companies out there who do have professional integrity

Waited for two quotes neither of which times a salesman turned up to attend , I made address and times along with contact telephone number for myself ref availability very clear to the appointment setter which they confirmed. 1st appointment no sales person turned up and didn't ring to let me know - said they went to the wrong house but failed to ring to check . The company sales team contacted me and offered to come again Monday at 7pm for a ( 2ND APPOINTMENT )and again didn't turn up or call . I dropped the a txt to ask what was going on - no answer The next day they sent a text back blaming booking team & that they can call round during the day when im not in to give a quote . All in all they wasted my time " twice" and gave excuses I couldn't recommend using them especially if they cant arrive to give a quote . which is unfortunate as the appointment setter sounded like they knew their stuff and really upsold the company …

Just had a new front door and side panel installed, and couldn't be happier. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and very professional. Ryan called to our home to help us plan and pick our door, offered us a great price and we were very happy to go with Total homes. Lovely man, whose name I cannot recall, called to measure up and suggested to get the frame lowered to give me ease of use with my walking aids. I had no idea of this option, so it was a bonus. Robert called to fit it and was really friendly, a real perfectionist and explained everything perfectly. The staff in the office were so lovely too. Cannot find fault with anything or anyone and would highly recommend total homes to everyone.

Used this company for new patio doors on a house off Castlereagh Road. Fantastic product, our builder was really really impressed by both the quality of the glazing, and quality of the installation. By far and away the most affordable option we found, too. Thank you!!

Honestly cannot recommend this company enough. Had new windows and doors fitted, service throughout was amazing!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. From customer service, design, quality (which by the way fitted my property perfectly and I could not have done it alone) communication throughout and finally installation which was clean and immaculate with very little disruption. I will definitely go back for future projects great value for money too.

The job was done by total home NI this week. Two windows has been changed. The guys did a great, great job. Showed up in time and also cleaned the area before they left. I can only recommend this company. Big thumbs up from us. Thank you.
