I would not recommend this day spa. Terrible customer service. I purchased an online voucher 5 days ago (Saturday). The voucher was purchased as a gift for an event that weekend, that is why I purchased online...for a quick delivery. I called the day spa twice on the Saturday, following up on the status of the voucher. No answer, so I left a message both times. I did not receive any return phone calls or the voucher until today (Thursday). The manager only returned my call today, after I called again, leaving a third message. As I said, this voucher was a gift and because I had not heard back from this day spa for 5 days, I purchased an alternative gift. After a discussion on the phone and a request for a refund (as I live 3.5 hours away and have no use for the voucher), things continued to go around in circles. The manager said that I was wasting her time. She ended the phone call by hanging up on me.
