Compared to the old system and service, the practice has improved so much. Called in the morning, the receptionist asked what was up with me. (I know a lot of people hate telling a receptionist their issue/medical emergency but it makes the practice run smoother & faster because they know what help you require!) They stated a nurse or doctor would call me back. Got a call back by 11am and had an appointment same day for 12.30! Must say the service has improved so much! My appointment went so well and was given the advice and prescriptions I needed. Please and feeling so much better 2 days later!

Triage service is a joke for working people. You need to call them during working hours to share your personal information with a receptionist who does not have the authority to make an appointment. Then a doctor calls you back at a random time and if you are in a meeting you have to call the receptionist to ask them to call you back again. I have just had an mri in Turkey which shows I have 2 slipped discs and this Gp would never even see me for this problem.

It's a completely joke! You need to tell your every personal details and they will call you back! What the hell?! You need to tell point by point every part of your symptoms. They are not polite, unfortunately I can not handle this rudeness. I had many problems and I was waiting hours and hours there, noone asked me what's wrong. Zero communication, rude staff! They should be closed as soon as possible!

Was a bit worried about the reviews and how bad the service is! But it was actually the opposite. I called in the morning for an appointment which in turn they said that they will give me a call in few hours, which they did! and set up an appointment for me on the next day. Thanks for your hard work.

5/ 5

I have never had anything but quick and helpful assistance from the front desk, nursing team, physios and doctors, for a variety of ongoing issues. I really don't understand why this doctor gets so much negative feedback. Sometimes you really don't need to see a doctor and the clinical nurses are really really great. Going into the first contact with an attitude and expectation does not help.

Absolutely in so much pain i normally see nurse 3x week for leg dressings which is compression bandages for my lymphedema and venous insufficiency in both legs . I have really bad ulcers especially in left leg and they really rely on these being cleaned and treated. Yet ive had only 2 appointments in 3 weeks with 1 due tomorrow. Every time my legs progress and begin to heal its like oh she dont an appointment. So depressed about this after 4 years down the line. Im constantly in pain and very little pain relief i get. Ive a 4 year old son whom im active with every day. How can i get more help guys. WHY????

I feel like no one in this medical practice cares about one’s mental health as I already called 2 times to get and appointment and only got told to try calling again the next day. No interest in how I’m feeling or if I’m suicidal, nothing.

Completed on line enquiry with relevant information it said they would get back within two days . Completed form on Sunday afternoon receptionist called back Monday afternoon to say prescription had gone to pharmacy . Definitely recommend this option obviously not for anything serious but should free up appointments for folk who require to see gp face to face or for a serious complaint . Cheers
