Im very happy with the service i recieve at topps tiles ruislip and would recommend to friends and family.

Friendly staff. Got to know a few of them as although not a tradesman refurbished 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately one senior staff member failed on a very important point. 1. Supplied wrong information to my fitter leading to grout stuck to my specialist tiles! Took no responsibility 2. Having spent over £1000 overall took back 4 tiles (£30) but as its more than 2 months cant refund. Bit useless to me these other style samples I was told I could return them when I purchased.

Truly fantastic service from all the staff every time I attend. Beginning to feel like part of the Family there. They are always helpful with the products and have a lot of knowledge of their products. I certainly cannot fault their 5 Star service. I would suggest if you need tiles pay a visit for sure.
