The Oxford store has the most amazing staff - customer service is really outstanding. They called to notify me promptly when the tile I wanted came into stock, and I've just received a follow-up call to check whether I needed any more. Friendly and helpful in store, and their general policy of refunding any unused tiles in full is also terrific. Can't recommend highly enough.

Had a amazing guy called Matt helping us. He helped us pick our tikes, worked out how much we needed and helped us load them all. Great customer service

Amazing service from these guys as always. I've ordered many tiles from topps tiles, and Horspath is by far the most friendly and helpful. Bruce and Adam are so great, go above and beyond and actually want to help! I needed tiles delivered quite quickly and they got me a delivery date for the next day, and called me to make sure I got the email even after closing hours. So knowledgeable, I totally trust their advice and will continue to use these guys always, I highly highly recommend!! Thanks as always guys!

I ordered tiles today from Topstiles in Oxford. I wanted to write this review as I was extremely impressed with both Bruce and Mary’s expertise in selecting tiles, grout and trim.
