Use this shop all the time. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They stock most items but if not available the the wait is not that long( within a few days) and the also offer a delivery service using a local courier.

Found the exact kind of tiles we were looking for at a good price. Unfortunately they didnt have enough stock of the number of boxes I needed with the same batch nos but the order came in quick. Would return to this branch again as staff are very friendly.

We went to the Botley branch in lockdown (when they were able to open) and the branch manager, whose name I cannot remember, offered an amazing customer service to help us choose the tiles we wanted. We would go back to this store, in fact, we have been back!
